No refund policy for 3D printable STL files

Thank you for considering purchasing our 3D printable STL files. Before you proceed with your purchase, please carefully read and understand our No Refund Policy outlined below.

Nature of digital product

Our product consists of digital 3D printable STL files, which can be downloaded and used to create physical objects using a compatible 3D printer. Since the product is delivered digitally and can be duplicated, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed. 

Non-physical nature

As a digital product, our 3D printable STL files do not require physical shipping or delivery. Therefore, the absence of physical shipping or delivery eliminates the possibility of damage or loss during transit. Consequently, there is no need for refunds based on shipping-related issues.

Instant access and usage

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive immediate access to the downloadable files. Once the files have been accessed or downloaded, the product is considered delivered, and we cannot retrieve or control their usage. As such, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason once the files have been accessed.

User responsibility

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the compatibility of the STL files with their 3D printer and software. We provide information regarding file specifications and compatibility, but ultimately, the buyer should verify these requirements before making a purchase. We are not liable for any incompatibility issues or errors resulting from the use of our files and cannot issue refunds in such cases.

Intellectual property rights 

Personal use:

The purchase of our 3D printable STL files grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, it does not transfer any intellectual property rights or ownership of the files to the buyer. Exceptional circumstances

In rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests if there are genuine technical issues or errors that prevent the files from being used as intended. To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer support within 7 days of your purchase, providing detailed information about the issue. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and make a determination accordingly.
